We are convenient to Routes 309/Bethlehem Pike), 63/Welsh Road, 463/Horsham and Cowpath Roads, 202/Doylestown Road, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike/Northeast Extension.
We are a growing town -- which means every time you visit, you can expect something new. Unfortunately, that also means that construction and parking may occasionally be issues for visitors. Read on for the solutions.
Transit Options
If you can, consider taking SEPTA. The Lansdale/Doylestown line drops you off at Lansdale Station, right in the middle of all the action, no matter what the event of the day may be. And if you're spending an evening with us, it's a safe way to come and go. Bus Route 96 and Route 132 offer connecting service, with sheltered stops right across the street.
SEPTA recommends using the SEPTA Key card to obtain the best value. SEPTA Key is a reloadable, contactless chip card that offers a host of options for seamless travel and the self-serve flexibility of loading/reloading SEPTA fares to match your travel needs. The card costs $4.95, but when you register the card at SEPTAKey.org you will get this money back in your Travel Wallet to use for travel or for future purchases [restrictions apply]. Visit SEPTAKey.org for more information.
Parking Options
Lansdale has more than 1,000 parking spaces available in town, to accommodate our full schedule of events and the many great retail and dining establishments in the borough.
Most notably, SEPTA's huge new 680-space, six-story garage is convenient and connected to the town center via an overhead covered walkway. Via the walkway, it's about 100 steps from your car to the courtyard of the Madison Station Apartments, and a short walk beyond that to all the amazing shops and restaurants in central Lansdale.
You can enter the garage through SEPTA's Lansdale Station surface lot off of Main Street, or from Fifth Street between Walnut and Kenilworth Streets. Follow the signs, or see the map below.
SEPTA has announced that it is reinstituting fees for surface and garage parking on September 25, 2024: $2 for surface lots, $4 for the Lansdale garage.
There are several designated municipal parking lots in the center of town, as well as metered and kiosk on-street parking along Main Street, Broad Street and Madison Street, as well as many side streets.
