LANSDALE ROCKS THE CALENDAR
BY BRUCE SCHWARTZ
Editor, Discover Lansdale Magazine
From the Spring 2018 issue
Had enough of winter’s frigid blasts? It won’t be long till Lansdale heats up.
Along with spring’s crocuses comes the kickoff of the borough’s jam-packed events season. There’s the colorful, energetic International Spring Festival; the borough’s big Beer Fest and Lansdale Day; the gleaming-machine worship of Cars Under the Lights and Bike Night; the street-beat and pyrotechnics of First Fridays and Founders Day; the return to our happy days of Cruise Night; and, yes, even next winter’s opening blast with the 2018 Mardi Gras parade.
Nearly every weekend offers a fresh reason to visit and enjoy Lansdale.
It’s early in events season, and changes do occur. We encourage you to bookmark this page and our community calendar, and refer back often for the latest information. We’ll add new events as we become aware. So if your organization is planning something that’s not on our radar yet, shoot us a note at info@discoverlansdale.org or use the online contact form.
